Fully furnished units with all utilities included – power, water, trash, sewer, high speed wireless internet, premium cable tv. Our fully furnished units have all furnishings you need as well as luxury linens, kitchenware and an in-unit, full size washer and dryer. You only need to bring your suitcase.
We offer flexible lease terms as short as one month. We also honor the discounted annual rent for month to month stays.
Parking spaces are available starting at $150 per month.
Pets are allowed at TENTEN and there is NO MONTHLY pet rent. Pet deposit is still required.
Yes we required security deposits for all leases.
There are full size, in-unit washer and dryers available in all of our floorplans.
There is no application fee required.
